Poetry Thursday

Ladybugs

Ladybugs, ladybugs everywhere,
ladybugs landing in my hair.
Float and flutter
swirl and swish..
Don’t land there!
Uh-oh,
squish.

D and I stayed at a manor house once, and we were in the fanciest room (celebrating anniversary). In the en-suite lounge a window was blackened out – with lady bugs. We didn’t complain, but mentioned it and they were all gone 2 hours later.

It was a pretty awesome sight!

Ok, random pointless story over. Cute poem. ;o)

Squish!!! Nice! I am the official bug killer in my home. My boys are in training to kill them all without leaving any trace.
